The Greeters Ministry is a vital part of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. As a Greeter you are the first face that visitors or members see as they arrive. Greeters are servants of God who welcome our visitors and members to The Worship Service Experience each Sunday.

Greeters at Wesley Chapel are assigned to each door in pairs. The Methodist say that we are a church of “open doors, open hearts, open minds” therefore it is very important that our Greeters give a warm welcome to whoever walks through our doors.

 Greeters Procedures:

• Each Greeter should arrive at his/her designated door no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the church service

• Greeters are to remain at their designated door until after the Time of Fellowship portion of the service. After this time, the Greeters may enter the Sanctuary

• The Greeter’s badge must be worn while serving at their designated door

• Greeters are required at time to serve in other capacity for example, funeral services or other programs hosted at Wesley Chapel.

To all our current Greeters we thank you for your time, your dedication and your service. Our visitors and members are looking forward to your smiling faces on your assigned Sunday.
