Our Mission:
Stitch (sew, knit, quilt, cross stitch, embroidery, or crochet) for a cause as a community-based ministry, to know God and to share the love of Christ with others. To establish relationships with the Wesley Chapel UMC congregation and serve organization through the showing of compassion, prayer, faith, and love… Psalm 90:17
Threads of Love Needle Arts Ministry provides handmade items for community service projects. The ministry is made up of people from different churches and denominations and we use our gifts and talents to stitch for a cause (sewing, knitting, crocheting, and quilting). Currently we are serving the following entities…
· Pillowcases - Children’s Health Care of Atlanta
· Fidget Aprons - Alzheimer/Dementia/Autism
· Menstruation purses - Sew Powerful
· Beanies - Outreach winter wear
· Quilts/Afghans - Outreach
Currently we are meeting virtually via ZOOM. Our prayer is for Threads of Love Needle Arts Ministry to be a blessing and a comfort in our community!
